ChessBird does not actively monitor or permanently record voice communications.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
Use offensive, unlawful, or harmful behavior during gameplay or voice communication
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to exploit, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
Use cheats, automation, manipulation, or unauthorized tools to unfairly affect gameplay
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or infrastructure related to the Service
Use the Service for illegal or malicious purposes
